How to convert images online

All conversion happens inside your browser — nothing is uploaded anywhere. Here's everything you need, including format-specific guides and batch tips.

  1. 1

    Upload your images

Drag and drop one or more image files into the upload area, or click Choose Images. You can add JPG, PNG, WebP, BMP, GIF, or SVG files — mix formats freely for batch conversion.

  2. 2

    Choose your output format

Pick a target format — JPG, PNG, WebP, BMP, ICO, or GIF. Adjust quality, resize, flip, or apply grayscale using the settings panel. All options apply to every file in the batch.

  3. 3

    Convert and download

Click Convert All Images. Each file converts in seconds and you can download them individually or all at once as a ZIP. Nothing is sent to any server — conversion runs entirely in your browser.

How to convert JPG to PNG online

Upload your JPG file, select PNG as the output format, and click Convert. PNG is lossless and supports transparency — useful when you need crisp edges or a transparent background for logos, screenshots, and UI elements. The converted PNG will be larger than the original JPG, which is normal.

How to convert PNG to WebP

Upload your PNG, pick WebP as the output, and adjust the quality slider — 80–85% gives the best balance of file size and visual quality. WebP is 25–35% smaller than equivalent PNG or JPG and is supported by all modern browsers, making it the best format for web images. Use it for any image that goes on a website.

How to convert JPG to WebP

Upload your JPG and select WebP as the output format. Set quality to 80% for photos — you'll typically get a file 30–40% smaller with no visible quality difference. This is especially useful for improving page load speed without changing how images look.

How to convert an image to ICO (favicon)

Upload any image — PNG or SVG works best — select ICO as the output, and convert. The tool automatically resizes your image to 256×256, which is the standard favicon size. Save the downloaded .ico file and reference it in your HTML with <link rel="icon" href="favicon.ico">.

How to convert SVG to PNG or JPG

Upload your SVG file, pick PNG or JPG as the output, and set your desired output size in the resize settings — since SVG is vector-based, you can export at any resolution without quality loss. PNG is recommended to preserve any transparency in the SVG. Use a large output size (1200px or more) for high-resolution exports.

How to batch convert multiple images at once

Drop multiple files into the upload area at once, or click Add More to keep adding files. Set your output format and settings once — they apply to every file. Click Convert All Images and all files are converted in sequence. Download them individually from each card, or use Download All (ZIP) to get everything in one file.

How to convert images without uploading them

Unlike Cloudconvert, Adobe Express, or Convertio, this converter never sends your files to a server. All processing uses the browser's built-in Canvas API — your images stay entirely on your device. This makes it safe for confidential images like product photos, documents, ID scans, or anything you wouldn't want stored on a third-party server.
